Making all our patients feel right at home is important to us. Dr. Brown and Dr. Felli's team is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide healthful, energetic and fun-loving treatment to each patient. Our staff has a combined experience totaling 68 years of treating patients with the highest level of care.We are regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars to stay abreast of the latest in patient care, technology, and orthodontic advances.

Kelly Keefer
Kelly has been part of  Dr. Brown &  Dr. Felli’s orthodontic team for 28 years, as an orthodontic assistant, as well as, the events and marketing coordinator. She is married and has two grown children Samantha, and  Mitchell. Kelly completed an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts in June 1980 at Corning Community College. She enjoys running with her two Labrador Retrievers, Charlie and Shane. Kelly gardens, volunteers in the community,and is very involved in family activities.

Tracey Mathieu
Tracey is usually the first person you see upon arriving at Dr. Brown &  Dr. Felli’s office. She has been part of the orthodontic team for 18 years. Tracey spends her free time with her husband, Myles, and their young son, Liam. She completed an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts in June 1984 at Corning Community College. In 1993,Tracey completed the requirements for the Licensed Massage Therapist Certification in Sports Medicine. She also enjoys time at the beach, time with her extended family, and reading mystery books.

Heather Brown
Heather has been part of  Dr. Brown & Dr. Felli’s orthodontic team for 15 years. She enjoys the hands-on assisting in the clinical area, and has also become the team’s computer expert.  Her favorite leisure activities are reading, completing crossword puzzles, watching classic movies and camping. Heather is completing course work for an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science at Corning Community College.

Amanda Wilson
Amanda has been part of Dr. Brown &  Dr. Felli’s orthodontic team for 7 years. In 2005, her son, Gage, was born. Since his birth, Amanda has been working part-time in order to spend extra time at home. Away from the office she enjoys photography, scrap-booking and reading books with Gage. Amanda completed an Associate's Degree in Science at Corning Community College in June 1999. She recently completed her  course work for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and Math at Elmira College.

Vikki Pike
Vikki is the newest member of Dr. Felli’s orthodontic team. Previously she worked as an orthodontic assistant for 8 1/2 years before joining Dr. Brown & Dr. Felli's office in 2007. Vikki has passed the examination required for certification as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. At home, she enjoys cooking with her husband, Lynn. Most of Vikki’s free time is spent with her  children, and her new granddaughter Jayden!  She also enjoys quilting, gardening and playing softball.
